BodyCrush ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Asi Mugrabi, built the Steady mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
The short version: Steady is designed to work almost entirely on your device. We don't create user accounts, we don't store your affirmations or favorites on our servers, and we never sell your data. The only information that leaves your device goes to analytics and crash-reporting services so we can fix bugs and improve the App.
When you use Steady, you configure preferences such as your selected focus areas, reminder times, and widget theme. While these preferences are primarily stored locally on your device to enable core app functionality, certain preferences (specifically your selected focus areas) are shared with our analytics providers to help us improve our content offerings, as described in Section 1.2.
We use third-party services that may collect certain information automatically when you use the App:

These services may use device identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID or iOS Identifier for Advertisers) and cookies or similar technologies. We do not combine this data with personally identifying information.
Steady allows you to select "Health" as a focus area for affirmations. This selection is used to prioritize affirmations related to physical and mental well-being within the App.

We do not use your data for profiling, targeted advertising, or any purpose unrelated to operating and improving Steady.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with the third-party service providers listed in Section 1.2, and only for the purposes described. Each provider operates under its own privacy policy:
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public.
Your preferences, favorites, and streak data are stored locally on your device. On Android, this data may be included in Google's automatic device backups. On iOS, it may be included in iCloud backups. These backups are governed by Google's and Apple's respective privacy policies.
Analytics and crash data processed by Firebase and RevenueCat are stored on servers operated by Google and RevenueCat, respectively. We use commercially reasonable measures to protect this data, but no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
You have control over your data:
Steady is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@bodycrush.fit and we will take steps to delete such information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" at the top. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
